In Memory of....Marvin Gaye [April 2 1939 - April 1 1984]

Today marks the anniversayr of the tragic death of Soul/R&B Legend Marvin Gaye! He was known for classics "Aint no Mountain HIgh Enough" and " Let's Get It On". He was known as the man who started all the "between the sheets" music as they would of called in the 70's. His masterfull and wonderful vocals is what made Marvin Gaye the most influential singer of soul and R&B!

R.I.P. Bernie Mac: Clip from Kings of Comedy!

Man another great comedian gone at so a young age! Bernie Mac was known to the urban comedian as one of those straight up comedians which you can see his influences were Richard Pryor,Redd Foxx, Bill Cosby and for sue Eddie Murphy. His break out to the comedy scene was when he was on Russell Simmons "Def Comedy Jam" than after which landed him a minor role in Ice Cube's cult classic "Friday".After the sucess of him in the movie he went off and did movies such as Booty Call, How to Be a Player, Life and What's the Worst That Could Happen?, The Oceans Eleven series and last but not least"The Transformers".During his carreer he also had his infamous show "The Bernie Mac Show" which went for 4 seasons thru fox. Bernie Mac will be missed another great talent gone! R.I.P.Bernard Jeffrey McCullough (October 5, 1957 – August 9, 2008)

A little too late but never...R.I.P. Camu Tao aka Tero Smith!

I was in Europe when this happened and really wanted to honor duke! This Cat from Colombus Ohio was to me mad underrated and he had mad potential to be at the top, but the stupid music industry would never be able to accpet his style of music. Camu was also a producer and part of El-P's production crew "Central Services". He was also partner in rhyme with Metro known as S.A. Smash and most notable with Cage, Copyrite and El-P As the "Weatherman". Here I have posted all up for your listening pleasure one of my favourites and always will be is Cam Tao's joint from the Def Jux album which he also help co produced on the album is "Hold The Floor" I know this song keeps my head bouncin, beat was nasty and rhymes were tight as f&*(k.
